It has become a cult-format for many, especially travel photographers given the advantages of wearing a lighter camera body, not to mention that highly respected brands as Sigma, Tamron, and Tokina are builders of lenses for this particular kind of mount. Brands that have also explored the micro four thirds system in camera production are Kodak – for digital photography, DJI, JVC, Sharp, and Xiaomi – for videography. Olympus is the champion of the micro four thirds system, still an open format and the flagship of both Olympus and Panasonic that doesn’t leave room for the mirror box and pentaprism, thus facilitating a smaller-sized body and delivers a flange focal distance of 19.5mm. My mistake was I needed to be in the area where the two RAW tabs show side by side on the right hand side (instead of one RAW, one EDIT). It worked! Thank you very much for your time/effort. No sure if you are trying to do something differently but the batch export appears to be working okay but slowly for me. I could now see the new 8 thumbnails for the newly exported tifs. When finished I went back (back arrow) to get out of the Raw window and back into the browser window of OV3. I started the export and got a spinning circle which counted up from 1 to 8 as each tif was being exported. I hit the Export button in the bottom right and in the new small window that opened up I chose to export the images in Tif format with Exif data and to export them into the original folder. I clicked on a button to the right of the film strip and it applied the same correction to the other seven raw images. The last of the eight was the most selected and appeared larger below the strip.
That opened a Window with showing the eight thumbnails in a strip at the top left. I selected the eight raw images and hit the RAW icon at the top of OV3.

I'm running the same computer hardware you are using (Windows 7, i5, 64 bit and 8 GB ram). I shot eight raw + jpeg and dumped them into a folder. I don't normally use the OV3 as I prefer Lightroom and Photoshop. Since nobody is responding to your question I thought I would make a stab at it.
